Creating authentic learning experiences by working with Real World Data

Never has it been more convenient to explore learning opportunities using real world data. In this sessions I will introduce participants to some international, national, provincial and local government open data resources. We will learn how to search, manipulate and then present data visually. We will then look at how we could create authentic learning opportunities for our students.
